Terms of Service

You need a Google-authenticated GeoDra account to use Free or Premium features. You are responsible for your account activity and for providing accurate information. You must be legally able to agree to these terms in your country.

GeoDra content may be tied to physical places. Do not trespass, enter unsafe areas, use the service while driving, or ignore local rules and conditions. Distance and GPS readings can be inaccurate. Your safety and lawful access always take priority over an in-app reward.

You keep ownership of content you submit and grant GeoDra a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, process, and distribute it as needed to operate the service. You must have the rights to that content and must not publish illegal, deceptive, harmful, infringing, malicious, or privacy-invasive material.

Businesses are responsible for event descriptions, locations, eligibility rules, coupon codes, files, links, fulfilment, availability, and any legally required disclosures. GeoDra may remove content or restrict accounts to protect users or the service.

Premium prices, billing periods, free trials, and renewal terms are shown by the applicable store before purchase. Recurring subscriptions renew unless cancelled through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Restore purchases is available in the app. Except where law requires otherwise, refunds are handled under the store's policies.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, GeoDra is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, third-party content, missed rewards, inaccurate locations, or conduct at physical locations.

You may stop using GeoDra at any time. We may suspend access for material violations, abuse, fraud, or security risk. Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@geodra.com.
